    RODRIGO LOPRESTI

Rodrigo was born in Argentina but grew up in Miami, where he began writing music.

Interested in acting, he moved to New York and studied with Maggie Flanigan. He then founded Devious Semantics Films, a small independent production company.

Rodrigo made his directorial debut and starred in Lucia (2006) which won Best Short Film in the 2006 Charlotte Film Festival, and is currently finishing up his second short You’re Gonna Feel Funny After (2008) written by Noah Buschel.

His Off-Broadway credits include The Ninth Circle, Force Majeure. Some film credits include Bringing Rain (2003), Gus Van Sant's Last Days (2005) The Night Listener (2006), Tom DiCillo's Delirious (2006), Neal Cassady (2007), Last Call (2008), The Missing Person(2008). T.V. credits include The Black Donnellys, Quarterlife.
